1933–2013 PERFORMANCE ART, or INTERACTIONS the International Art Festival at MOCAK
From 30 April to 10 May MOCAK will present an exhibition and a series of performances organised as part of the 15th anniversary of INTERACTIONS the International Art Festival.
In parallel to the events in Krakow, the Festival will also run in Piotrków Trybunalski, where an anniversary conference will take place as well as presentations of those artists who have had an influence on the evolution of the Festival during the fifteen years of its existence. Exhibition 1933, 1943, 1953
The exhibition fills three spaces and is devoted to three phenomena – two of these are Stuart Brisley and Alastair MacLennan. The third is an encounter with four artists: Jaap Blonk from the Netherlands, Seiji Shimoda from Japan, Roi Vaara from Finland and Artur Tajber from Poland.

During the first day, there will be presentations of individual performances by the invited artists. The second day will start with a performance concert by Jaap Blonk, followed by a presentation of documentary films.

1933 – Quebec in Krakow, a program dedicated to Jan Świdziński
A two-day presentation by Canadian artists. The performance is the second part of the programme to open this year’s anniversary edition of INTERACTIONS the International Art Festival. The programme, the first part of which is entitled Fais où tu es, pratiques contextuelles entre la Pologne et le Québec, began on 6 April in the city of Quebec in Canada.
