Reconstruction of a shadow

Reconstruction of the installation Apart from the First by Jerzy Kałucki (1996) together with partial conservation of the preserved part of the original. The reconstruction was carried out on the basis of the artist’s drawings, according to which he had originally set up the installation in the Potocka Gallery, as well as photographic documentation and the author’s original template. Through talking to the artist and with his approval, it was possible to recreate both the form and the idea so as to fulfil his intentions.
