Reading Month at MOCAK Reading Room is a new edition of Photomonth-in-Krakow Reading Room. The project aims to provide a commentary to the exhibitions presented during the festival as well as access to hundreds of publications on photography.

With the help of the book collection at our Library, you can immerse yourself in the history of photography spanning almost two centuries, tracing back its traditions as well as familiarise yourself with the most recent developments as well as state-of-the-art contemporary trends. There is a wide selection of albums and catalogues of individual and group exhibitions in Poland and abroad as well as publications on the theory and history of visual arts.

Reading Month is open to anyone interested and will provide a welcome respite in-between the exhibitions and events which are part of Photomonth in Krakow. Some of the publications in our Reading Room courtesy of the Visual Arts Foundation.
