On 27^th August from 12 noon to 2 pm we would like to invite the international residents of Krakow to participate in a museum activity of our second edition of the International Art Hang-out. Everyone else is also welcome to join us!

The event consists of an introduction to MOCAK’s current exhibition of Olga Kisseleva Still Life: Psychological Portrait and a workshop.

The workshop is a small exploration of still life in photography. Participants will reflect on the representation of daily life objects by focussing on photographical aspects. During the creative workshop they will have an opportunity to explore their own message in a photographical still life. All participants will use their own equipment to take their photographs.

Please bring your own picture-taking device, for your personal use –a smartphone, a tablet etc.

The best photo will be published on our Facebook / Instagram account. The author will receive MOCAK art objects. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, 30^th August.

The event will be hosted in English by Maria Dabrowski, our Museum intern from The Netherlands. Teenagers and adults welcome.

Maria Dabrowski has a MA in Fine Arts, Photography at LUCA School of Arts in Brussels, Belgium.
