Słoneczniki 2013 Competition

We would like to encourage parents and caregivers to nominate and vote for MOCAK’s educational projects in Krakow’s third edition of the Słoneczniki 2013 competition!

The Słoneczniki action, organised since 2011 by CzasDzieci.pl, is a competition that recognises the most valuable and attractive initiatives aimed at children (workshops, performances, contests and other events) in Warsaw and Krakow. The competition relies for the most part on parents and caregivers, who by submitting their nominations and votes help choose the winning event and thus recognise the organiser’s efforts.

Initiatives may be nominated via the competition website by filling out a short form. The action encompasses events that took place between July 2012 and June 2013. They may be nominated in one or several categories based on H. Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences: language, logic, visual art, music,  exercise, nature.

The nominations will be presented on 1 July. Voters will have a month to choose the best one in each of the six categories. In September, the open vote winners will receive Parents’ Awards, while the competition jury will present its Golden Sunflowers.
