On 15 November you are welcome to meet Elżbieta Dymna and Marcin Rutkiewicz – the authors of the book Polish Street Art 2. Between the Gallery and Anarchy, who will talk about what had inspired them to produce the publication and what reception it has had.
Hosted by: Artur Wabik

Thursday 15 November 2012
5.30 p.m.

Polish Street Art 2. Between the Gallery and Anarchy is the third in the series of books published by the Fundacja Sztuki Zewnętrznej and the publishers Carta Blanca. The first book of the series, Polski Street Art, presented a few dozen contemporary Polish street artists, active today. The second book – Graffiti in Poland.1940–2010 – brought closer to the readers over seventy years of the tradition of Polish street art. The present, third volume, follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, combining the strands of both. It analyses the phenomenon of street art, which has flourished during the last two years and it passes a verdict on its current state.
