In February and March 2023, we show an interview with Marcin Berdyszak. The artist talks about the beginnings of his artistic work and his time as a student of art and his work as a teacher, and he discusses the main motives behind his work and his dialogue with the works of other artists.
Notes of a Madwoman: Exhibition opening and performative reading of fragments from the book
On Thursday 9 February at 6 pm you are invited to the opening of the exhibition Aleksandra Młynarczyk-Gemza Notes of a Madwoman. The opening will start at 6 pm in MOCAK audiovisual room with the artist giving a performative reading of fragments of her book of the same title. The session will be conducted in Polish.

AUSCHWITZWIELICZKA. Sculpture by Mirosław Bałka in Zabłocie, Krakow
In 2023, MOCAK, jointly with the Board of Public Green Spaces and in collaboration with the RE-Bau company, will again exhibit the sculpture in public space. The object will be located near the Kotlarski Bridge, in the area of the extended park of Wisła Station in Zabłocie.
The Museum opening hours over the Christmas and New Year period
On 24, 25, 26 and 31 December and 1 January, the Museum will be closed. Please do visit us on any of the other days in between! On 6 January, MOCAK will be open during its normal opening hours.
