Slow Art Day
We would like to invite everyone to participate in another edition of Slow Art Day at MOCAK.
Winnicott’s Angels and Mannocci’s Clouds A psychoanalytic reflection on The Annunciation. A lecture by Jan Abram
On Saturday 25 October at 6 pm at MOCAK Jan Abram will give a lecture. The event has been co-organised by the Polish Psychoanalytical Society.
Exhibition of children’s works The House and Garden of My Dreams (4)
On Friday 19 December at 12 noon, at MOCAK there will take place the opening of children’s works submitted for the competition entitled The House and Garden of My Dreams.
MOCAK awarded the title of a Senior-Friendly Museum
At the final ceremony at the International Cultural Centre, Senior-Friendly institutions were awarded by the Mayor of Krakow and the Marshall of the Malopolska Region. MOCAK was one of the institutions to received the prestigious title.
Activities for children during 10th Krakow Museums Open Doors Day at MOCAK
MOCAK has prepared a lot of attractions for children visiting the Museum’s Education Department on 23 November.
Father Christmas at MOCAK
On 6 December at 12, noon all children are invited to a special guided tour of the Museum, with lots of artistic surprises!
Senior Citizen Week at MOCAK 2014
In the last week of November, MOCAK invites all seniors to free-of-charge workshops and guided tours.
Psychoanalysis and Art – lecture by Michael Parsons
Come to a lecture by the British psychoanalyst Dr Michael Parsons, organised by the Polish Psychoanalytical Society and MOCAK the Museum of Contemporary Art in Krakow.
An Unusual Puzzle – children’s workshop
Children are invited to attend the workshop to accompany Julian Opie’s exhibition Sculptures, Paintings, Films.
Family Collections (September – November)
Visit our series of family workshops. Participants will be acquainted with works from the MOCAK Collection and they will make installations and other works that can become part of their family collections.
