Welcome to the evening screenings in the MOCAK colonnade! The films that you will be able to view are thematically linked to the exhibition Crime in Art.
On Friday 11 July at 9.30 pm, you are invited to the screening of A Touch of Sin directed by Jia Zhangke (China).
Three murders and one suicide… Four different kinds of death and four real-life events. The world-renowned director Jia Zhangke uses them to develop a historical tale with a philosophical slant about contemporary China – a robustly developing economic giant, devoured by violence and corruption. He presents his country from different angles, in a short-story format, reminiscent of vintage Robert Altman.
Entry free.
With Polish subtitles.
Subsequent screenings will take place on 27 July, 8 August, 22 August.
