Krzysztof Penderecki (1933–2020)

Krzysztof Penderecki has left us. We have lost an outstanding artist and ambassador of Polish culture. MOCAK and Bunkier Sztuki are much indebted to him. In the Museum Collection we have the composer’s graphic music scores and a film made in Lusławice. We had exhibitions of his graphics and showed a series of photographs by Marian Eile, with the participation of the maestro.

This is a sad time. But after a life like this, one never dies.
