Katarzyna Kozyra

Her work raises issues relegated to the margins of public awareness – death, old age, sickness, and dying – that are often connected directly with the question of the body and nakedness. In her video work, she attempts to broaden the domain of her own identity. Embodying one role after another, she studies the degree to which she can transform herself, while remaining herself.
