Ewa Partum Active Poetry

In her performance Active Poetry Ewa Partum draws on her iconic work from the early 1970s, which was based on scattering letters from well-known literary works in public spaces. During the opening at MOCAK, Ewa Partum will recreate the action she presented in 2009 at the opening of the exhibition Politics is Temporary, Art Remains – her only exhibition in Kraków to date, which took place at the Foto-Medium-Art Gallery. For this performance, she used texts by the Krakow avant-garde poet Tadeusz Peiper.

The performance will take place as part of the opening on 6 March 2026. Admission free.
