The exhibition is one of 23 projects created for Photomonth in Krakow as part of the theme ALIAS – invited writers and artists (who will remain anonymous until the closing of the exhibition) were given the task of bringing to life and embodying new characters. The results of this experiment will be presented in Krakow's best exhibition spaces during the ninth Photomonth Festival.

“Madeleine Sante arrived on earth on 11 May 1900 in Bruges...” - this is the only common element in each of six alternative resumes for the exhibition’s title character. Everything else is an exercise in imagination, but also the story of the complicated fates of each of us, depending on our origin, historical circumstances, and chance encounters and events.
