Wojciech Bruszewski

Film, video, photography. A precursor of video art in Poland. Co-founder of the Film Form Workshop. In his art he explored the film medium, concentrating on the connections between the visual and sound levels. He made successful trials of the visualization of language in object, film and poetry. He was one of the first artists in Poland to use a computer, with the aid of which je generated sonnets in nonexistent 'absolute' language.
