Toys that help: Making educational toys together
09.06.2018 at 17
It is our pleasure to invite you to the first edition of our new workshop, during which we will discuss the educational potential of toys. Each participant will have the opportunity to construct several toys and also to contribute to expanding their collection in the kid’s corner in our library. This is a wonderful opportunity to discover the DIY enthusiast, artist and handyperson within you!
It is a part our mission at the MOCAK library to educate the early reader through a dedicated programme. We offer beautifully designed, award-winning books for children, as well as other materials that encourage independent, creative exploration. Constructing simple toys during our workshop is a great way to spend time – and have fun while playing with the toys afterwards.
The workshop is open to participants of all ages. Children with parents or guardians are especially welcome. Older children can work independently, while for younger children we recommend the assistance of an adult.
Admission is free. The number of participants is limited. Please register at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone: 12 263 40 36 during MOCAK Library office hours.
