The Mikołaj Smoczyński Archive
The Mikołaj Smoczyński Archive (1955–2009), donated to MOCAK by the heirs, comprises the whole legacy of the artist, including his works. It documents every realm of art of one of the most eminent photographers in Poland. The archive contains negatives and slides, manuscripts, texts, dismantled installations, unfinished works, poster designs and trial prints, demonstrating the process of creating a work of art and experimentation with form.
