The 2nd term of the Museum Council: 5 December 2018 – 5 December 2022
On 5 December 2018 the Mayor of the City of Krakow appointed the Museum Council. It brings together people from different backgrounds who are involved in MOCAK’s activities and who provide their insights. The Council, oversees the completion of the Museum’s set goals and also assesses and approves the annual activity.
The Council of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Krakow, appointed by the Mayor of the City of Krakow:
- Katarzyna Olesiak – Director of the Department of Culture and National Heritage of the City of Krakow
- Dorota Folga-Januszewska – Deputy Director of the King John III Palace Museum in Wilanów
- Leszek Szuster – Director of the International Youth Meeting Centre in Oświęcim
- Waldemar Tatarczuk – Director of the Labyrinth Gallery in Lublin
- Prof. Grzegorz Sztwiertnia – Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow
- Jürgen Kaumkötter – director of the Center for Persecuted Arts in Solingen
- Adam Budak – artistic director of the Kestner Gesellschaft in Hannover
- Prof. Leszek Sosnowski – Institute of Philosophy, Jagiellonian University
- Ryszard Krynicki – poet, translator, publisher
