Spring has well and truly arrived at MOCAK. The youngsters from the Krakow Spring Association, who were the participants of the workshop Spring in the City! created models bursting with colour!

The workshop took place on 11 March 2012. It started off with a group warm-up, where each girl talked about herself and what she would like to see through the window of her house. The dreams were turned into beautiful art works, which showed woods, rivers, mysterious clouds, beautiful buildings, parks and even a castle.

The next task involved producing a model of the dream city. Using a variety of materials including such recycled plastic bottles, boxes and cardboard, the girls made 3D models, which combined into a city installation.

The design was placed in the space of the exhibition Comics: Urban Legends, where Monika Kozioł, the exhibition curator, told the participants about contemporary comics.
