Playing with Books
Playing with Books
On the 17 February 2013, the third literary and artistic workshop took place: Playing with Books. From the book entitled Where Shall We Go? Ask the Map!, children found out what the oldest known map looks like and acquainted themselves with the plans of great cities and underground communication tunnels, with maps made of twigs and maps of the skies. Using a plan of MOCAK published in a book, the participants measured the distances in the gallery and marked the interesting spots they had found there. They also produced some pictograms on the basis of the works included in the latest exhibitions.
The workshop came to fruition with unique maps that reveal how the youngest visitors relate to the Museum space.
