MOCAK and the Krakow Festival office would like to invite you to a theatrical performance directed by Krzysztof Garbaczewski, A Madrigal Opera, which will be given within MOCAK’s exhibition space as part of the Opera Rara Festival on 6, 8 and 10 February.

A kind of empty form in which one can pour very different, or basically any theatrical content. Philip Glass requires his work to be completed on stage by the director, who is not limited by anything other than the time frames of the work dictated by the music. No wonder that such a specific mission was entrusted to Krzysztof Garbaczewski, whose ingenuity makes him construct completely autonomous worlds, governed by his own laws.
