Night of Libraries is a perfect time for meeting, talking and working together. This year we are Weaving tales! The yard in front of the library will be turned into a workshop for all those interested in handicraft, both professionals and amateurs.

We will begin at 8 pm with a presentation on the advantages of Scandinavian education delivered by Anna Kamińska who is a Swedish educator, cultural manager and DJ. The presentation will be in English. Materials will be translated into Polish and handed out during the Night of Libraries.

Let’s weave a tale!
We are creating an unique loom room in the MOCAK yard where everyone will be able to have a go at weaving to create one great, common artwork.

Everything for book lovers
The Long Night of Libraries will be your opportunity to try weaving, plaiting and embroidery. You will be able to create your own exclusive bookmarks, book covers and jackets out of paper and thread.

On 4 June 2016 the MOCAK Library will be open from 11 am to 11 pm.
