Jerzy Kosałka

(b. 1955)                                                                                                                                                  Object, installation, action in public space, performance. He was a member of the Luxus group. He raises issues connected with Polish-German relations, history, and local mythology. He is also interested in the image of the war in the media and mass culture. His work is characterised by a large component of humour, irony and self-referring irony.
