Jerzy Kałucki
(b. 1931) Painting, drawing, installation. He employs geometrical elements in the simplest form possible. The majority of his works, mostly installations ascribed into a particular space, are based on the interplay of the three motifs: the arch, which is part ofa circle and enhances the space to work in, a straight line and a coloured plane. In his installations, he uses the arch and a straight line and imposes on them complications which arise out of the space.
