On the 1 April 2012, the workshop Inter-nationally! took place for students from abroad, who are attending Krakow’s higher education as part of the Erasmus programme.
In the first part of the session, Anna Bednarska gave those present a guided tour of the temporary exhibitions and the MOCAK Collection.
Next, we had a meeting at the MOCAK Library, where a workshop took place with David Grant – a Scottish artist presently living in Poland. Grant presented his works and talked about his inspirations. This was followed by the participants producing their own works – they each designed a new flag for their own country. The traditional symbols, shapes and colours were all creatively transformed. No-one was short of ideas!
