We invite you to an open guided tour of the exhibition The State of Possession, presenting over 100 works from the MOCAK Collection. These include works by artists such as Sarah Lucas, Agnieszka Kurant, Rafał Bujnowski, Jerzy Bereś and Katarzyna Kozyra. The exhibition, which explores the theme of crisis, is divided into five sections: Ruins, Nooks and Crannies, Mudlands, Closets and Cabinets and Springtimes.

The curator, Kamil Kuitkowski, writes that the exhibition ‘is built upon the experience of absence: a lack of time and stability, and above all, a lack of financial resources – a lack resulting from the implosion of the institution’s budget and the depletion of the resources required to carry out the planned activities.’ However, The State of Possession carries the message: ‘crises exist so that springtimes may follow.’
