Published at:08.07.2019

Throughout your holidays, you are invited to join us at MOCAK for Film Fridays, which consist of film screenings of the On Art Film Festival and an outdoor summer cinema.

Festival films will be presented in thematic blocks every Friday from 12 July to 30 August in the audiovisual hall. The shows are held throughout the day during the Museum opening hours (11am – 7 pm).

Summer cinema screenings accompany the exhibition Nature in Art.

WWF Poland Foundation would like to invite you to the screening of Nonoy and the Sea Monster ( 1 min 55 s). The film has been made as part of the project Fish Forward and will be shown before the evening screenings of MOCAK Summer cinema.

On Art, formerly Cinema and Art, is an outdoor film festival comprising an international competition and a retrospective of films on art. These include short films and feature films, documentaries, animations and video art. The events take place in Warsaw, Krakow, Łódź, Bydgoszcz, Lublin and Wrocław. The festival comprises over 100 screenings. Free entry to all film shows and accompanying events.

The festival is organised by Cinematography Development Foundation, which promotes Polish and European cinema. To date, the Foundation has carried out more than a thousand cinematic events for some one hundred thousand viewers. More information >>
