Design Backstage

Published at:03.09.2013

You are cordially invited to Design Backstage a series of five discussions between Polish designers and producers oriented towards design-based development. This juxtaposition of two ways of viewing design aims not only to look closely at the decision-making process and the logistics of how business management and design studios operate, but also attempts to answer the question what shape design should be taking in the future at a time of a global economic crisis and changing attitudes to consumption. The issues taken on board will range from the role of producers in creating design trends to the rapidly multiplying examples of fledgling designers and consumers literally taking matters into their own hands. The sessions will be taking place on Thursdays at 5.30 pm.
