Crocuses, primroses, spring vegetables... The nursery school pupils welcome spring!
During the workshop on 23 March 2012, the little ones planted spring flowers at MOCAK.
The youngsters started off by exploring the Museum’s space – they took a particularly keen interest in the glass floor, which, after a short while, became a safe base to observe the Museum from a different perspective.
Next, the kids viewed selected works from the MOCAK Collection, while performing interesting interactive tasks.
In the second part of the session, the participants, teamed up in pairs, made splendid space flowers. Each had been inspired by a work from the Collection. There were calendar flowers, clock flowers, letter flowers – a sea of exceptional flowers swept over the Museum!
The imaginative flowers have been placed in the courtyard. We declare the spring season at MOCAK open!
