On 8 December 2013, we organised a children’s workshop inspired by the MOCAK Collection. We started out by taking a look at Julian Opie’s painting Lorenzo with Hand on Chest. The children participating in the workshop discussed the person presented in the painting – who he was, what he did for a living and what country he could be from. Then, they designed him a new outfit. In the second part of the session, the children saw works by Piotr Lutyński, Stanisław Dróżdż and Edward Dwurnik. Afterwards, they completed two creative tasks: the first consisting in painting new images for the animals, the other in reproducing the view from the window in their own homes.
