One of the events to accompany the opening of the exhibition Let’s Meet! was the workshop where typhlographical Collages to Touch were created. To start with, the young participants were invited to view the exhibition of works produced during the workshop for autistic adults, organised by the Education Department at MOCAK. The exhibition proved very interesting for viewers as well as providing a starting point for a discussion about the senses and methods of communication. Next, the children became acquainted with selected works from the exhibition Economics in Art and they reproduced the large-scale work by Dan Perjovschi, using adhesive and string. During the workshop that followed, with the needs of the blind, the children, using various materials, went on to create typhlographics, inspired by the MOCAK Collection.
