In his projections, the artist used untypical screens. The title of the work presented here alludes to the 1905 book Oklahoma and Other Poems by Freeman E. Miller. The artist quotes from the book in the video projected on to a model head with knives stuck into it. The drama of the situation enhances the contrast between the immobile object and the expressive mimicry of the artist’s face.
