Fragments of the film by Andrzej Wajda – an adaptation of The Wedding by Stanisław Wyspiański. The artist has selected very expressive frames, she has speeded up the images or combined them with music, intensifying the impression of movement and she has repeated selected scenes – all in order to condense energy to a level that makes it almost impossible to take in the effects. She has created an experience that, later, one longs for.
