Animation
On Sunday 19th January 2014 workshops for children entitled Animation took place in MOCAK. The workshops accompanied Erwin Wurm's Good Boy exhibition and their aim was to familiarise the little ones with the concept of sculpture and the way the Austrian artist interprets the term. During a guided tour of the exhibition children reflected on the artist and made creative remarks on his works. What attracted special attention were Wurm's One Minute Sculptures.
During the workshops children were asked to produce a piece of art in response to the work Truck. Their drawings, depicting objects a non-standard truck might carry, were very creative. Then, inspired by One Minute Sculptures, the young participants animated the Museum's space by creating live sculptures.
